These terms set out the conditions for buying tickets to HR Summit Baku 2027. By confirming the payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. Tickets and payment

• Ticket prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) and are paid according to the package you choose.
• Payment is made online by bank card. A ticket is valid only after the payment has been completed successfully.
• After payment, a registration confirmation and an e-ticket are sent to the e-mail address you provided.
• The "Early bird" price applies only to tickets bought before the stated date.
• The corporate package is intended for at least 3 participants from the same company; a single invoice is issued to the company.

2. Participants and ticket transfer

• A ticket admits one person, and photo ID may be requested at the entrance.
• Up to 7 days before the event, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague free of charge by writing to [email protected].

3. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are refunded in full, less bank charges.
• Cancellations made 30 to 14 days before the event are refunded at 50%.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not refunded, but the ticket can be transferred to another participant.
• Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 10 business days.

4. Changes to the event

• The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, the speakers and the schedule.
• If the organiser cancels the event, the amount paid is refunded in full.
• If the event is moved to another date, your ticket remains valid for the new date; if the new date does not suit you, you may request a refund.

5. Photo and video

Photos and video are taken during the event. By attending, you agree that you may appear in these materials and that they may be used to promote HR Summit Baku.

6. Code of conduct

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the event, anyone who disrupts it or behaves disrespectfully towards other participants. No refund is given in this case.

7. Personal data

The information you provide during registration is used only for registration, ticketing and event-related communication, and is not shared with third parties other than for payment processing.
