HR SUMMIT BAKU 2027

A platform for human capital development, strategic leadership, and the sharing of international expertise.

Established in 2015 as "HR Forum Baku"—one of the country’s first large-scale corporate human resources events—the project has continued under the brand "HR Summit Baku" since 2017. Held consecutively from 2015 to 2019, the summit evolved into one of the leading platforms for human resource management in Azerbaijan, distinguished by its professional audience, high-profile international speakers, strategic discussions, and the value it generates. With attendance growing from 300 participants in 2015 to 650 in 2019, the summit has brought together senior representatives from government agencies, executives from major corporations, HR directors, and international experts from various countries. Over the years, prominent figures from the public and corporate sectors—such as Idris Isayev, Khalik Mammadov, Javid Gurbanov, Sahil Babayev, and Orkhan Mammadov—have delivered addresses at the official opening ceremonies of these events. Experts invited from the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Turkey, and other nations—as well as from international organizations such as the World Bank and Facebook—have played a pivotal role in establishing the summit's international reputation. "HR Summit Baku 2027" aims to build upon the success of previous years by fostering broader international cooperation, addressing timely topics, and introducing new initiatives. The event is expected to host over 550 executives and professionals, with at least 10% of the participants arriving from abroad. High-ranking representatives from relevant government agencies are set to attend the official opening. The full-day program will feature an opening ceremony, two strategic panel discussions, interactive Q&A sessions, and opportunities for professional networking. Key highlights of the summit include an organizational approach aligned with international standards, simultaneous interpretation in four languages (Azerbaijani, English, Russian, and Turkish), state-of-the-art technical facilities, and a high level of comfort for all attendees. The event will conclude with an awards ceremony and an open-air musical program. One of the key highlights of 2027 will be the presentation of survey results—covering areas such as employee development, well-being, and professional responsibility—along with the announcement of top performers across various categories. These evaluations will be conducted with a focus on objectivity and transparency, based strictly on actual survey data, independent of any commercial interests. “HR Summit Baku 2027” also serves as a platform with significant commercial and communication potential for its partners and sponsors. Through media campaigns, digital promotion, brand integrations, exhibition booths, presentations, and direct business networking—taking place before, during, and after the event—partners will gain access to a targeted audience. Furthermore, direct engagement with HR leaders and decision-makers representing approximately 300 companies will be invaluable for enhancing corporate brand recognition, forging new partnerships, and reaching a broader professional network. “HR Summit Baku 2027” is a strategic platform that brings together the ideas, leaders, and opportunities shaping the future of human capital.
